Top 25 Wide Receivers in Fantasy Football 2026 (PPR)

Is there anything better than witnessing your stud receivers catch pass after pass in a PPR league? In my estimation, there is no better source of dopamine.

PPR leagues are the standard these days, ironically, and what archetype of fantasy football player enhances your team more than a stud wide receiver?

Think Justin Jefferson. Puka Nacua. Ja’Marr Chase. If you want to go back even further, Calvin Johnson. Antonio Brown. These guys win leagues, and we want them on our teams.

So, let’s jump into the top 25 wide receivers in 2026 for fantasy football (PPR).

  1. Ja’Marr Chase

Deciding between Ja’Marr Chase and Puka Nacua is similar to deciding between pizza and buffalo wings. There is no right or wrong, just an ever-so-slight statistical difference. I place Chase at the top spot because in my predictive evaluations, I found the highest projection here. Still, I have no problem with Nacua at the top spot. Both of these guys will put your teams on their backs, win you week after week, and possibly carry you to a championship.

Let’s pay our respects to Ja’Marr Chase first. He plays with one of the top passers in the game, and his talent shines every time he steps onto the field. He is elite in just about every athletic and statistical category. He catches almost 70% of his passes, excels in the red zone, and runs with the best of them. Ja’Marr Chase is my top receiver for 2026.

      2. Puka Nacua, Los Angeles Rams

Puka Nacua simply competes at the highest degree. Wherever Matthew Stafford puts the ball, Nacua will go and get it, and break many tackles along the way. Last year, he excelled to the tune of 129 receptions for over 1,700 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns. I am enamored with this player.

      3. Jaxon-Smith Njigba, Seattle Seahawks

JSN, last year’s Super Bowl champion, simply put the team on his back all season. 163 targets, 1,793 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns. That’s a lot of production. He is a target monster, a workhorse WR, and the Seahawks rely on him heavily. Draft him in the middle of the first round if you want to win your league.

      4. Amon-Ra St. Brown, Detroit Lions

St. Brown is the model of consistency among NFL receivers. He plays through injuries, garners targets at one of the highest rates in the NFL and keeps himself in incredible playing shape. He eclipsed 1,000 yards in just about every season of his NFL career, and eclipsed 1,400 receiving yards in two of his last three seasons, to go with an average of over 10 touchdowns. Not the flashiest pick in the draft, but certainly one of the most effective.

      5. Justin Jefferson, Minnesota Vikings

JJ is arguably the most talented wide receiver in the NFL, with crisp routes, elite athleticism, and incredible hands. He also plays in one of the most frustrating situations, making him a controversial pick.

Even in last year’s down year, he was top 7 in targets, and eclipsed 1,000 receiving yards. This leads us to believe that he will yet again be Minnesota’s top target with an astronomical target rate, and perhaps Kyler will bring him back to fantasy relevancy.

We have to take risks at the end of the first round, and Jefferson brings with him the greatest upside.

      6. CeeDee Lamb, Dallas Cowboys

George Pickens was the talk of the NFL last year. He broke out tremendously, cutting into CeeDee’s production, and garnering 137 targets. So what will the target distribution look like this year? To dive into the numbers, CeeDee earned over 9.5 targets per game last year (excluding week 17), while Pickens earned just below 8 targets per game. At this point in the draft, I am happy with 10 targets per game, especially from a player of Lamb’s degree. He is in line for a huge season yet again.

      7. Drake London, Atlanta Falcons

Drake London has one of the most fascinating receiver profiles in the NFL. 6’4, 215, strong with a huge catch radius. He simply dominates in the red zone. Do we expect the Falcons to have one of the strongest offenses in the NFL? No. Is their offense good enough to get Drake London enough work to average 17 fantasy points per game? I believe so. At the end of the first round leading into the beginning of the second round, there is opportunity to pair him with an elite running back, which is highly enticing.

      8. Malik Nabers, New York Giants

Malik Nabers has some of the highest risk and reward in the 2026 fantasy football season. For starters, he is coming off of a brutal leg injury, and may take some time to get back to his former self. Additionally, we don’t know what Matt Nagy’s offense will look like, and whether there may be frustrations that come along with it.

Still, most believe that Nabers has some of the most raw talent in the NFL, myself included. He garners targets at one of the highest rates in the NFL, and makes the most of those targets. It is a gamble, but again, we need to take risks in fantasy football. I am in on Nabers at his price (mid-to-late Round 2).

      9. A.J. Brown, New England Patriots

In his 7-year NFL career, A.J. Brown has been nothing short of consistent. He has one of the greatest athletic profiles in the league, standing at 6’1, 226, with top speed and an excellent catch radius. Now, he joins the New England Patriots fresh off of a Super Bowl appearance. Expect Drake Maye to heavily target his new go-to wide receiver and expect a league-winning season from A.J. Brown.

      10. Chris Olave, New Orleans Saints

Last season, Chris Olave broke out in a major way with the emergence of Tyler Shough at QB. His immeasurable talent, paired with the accuracy of Tyler Shough and the high potential of the Saints offense leaves much room for excitement. Love his price in the third round.

        11. Rashee Rice, Kansas City Chiefs

Rashee Rice, not a stranger to controversy and trouble, is a major discount in fantasy drafts this year. Last year, he earned just below 10 targets per game, and the season prior, about the same. He is the top dog in the Chiefs passing attack and even an extension of the run game, excellent for PPR. Rice will receive many targets this year and should easily outperform his ADP.

          12. Nico Collins, Houston Texans

The unquestioned top target for Houston, Nico Collins is built like a freight train at wide receiver. With the addition of David Montgomery, I expect Houston’s offense to improve this year, and Collins will be a major part of that. Again, I love his price in the late second to early third.

            13. DeVonta Smith, Philadelphia Eagles

With the departure of A.J Brown, and a void of 121 targets, Smith has tremendous opportunity this year. A dominant college receiver with top-end speed, Smith will function as the Eagles’ top pass catcher, an offense we expect to thrive. Buy Smith in the third round, and maybe even reach a bit.

              14. George Pickens, Dallas Cowboys

We return to George Pickens, 2025’s most prized breakout receiver. Pickens, incredibly talented and athletic, will garner many valuable red zone targets this year, and in the Cowboys explosive passing attack, there is enough to go around in order for Pickens to thrive once again.

                15. Garrett Wilson, New York Jets

Garrett Wilson plays for the New York Jets. Yet, he excelled last year, amassing 19 points in 4 of his first 5 games. There is just too much talent and target potential here to pass on Wilson in the third round.

                  16. Zay Flowers, Baltimore Ravens

Zay had the best season of his career last year, exceeding 1,200 receiving yards in a year where Lamar Jackson sat multiple games with injury. He’s quick, he’s shifty, and he has great hands. Zay Flowers is an excellent WR2 for fantasy teams.

                    17. Ladd McConkey, Los Angeles Chargers

Enter Mike McDaniel for the Chargers, and enter a new opportunity for Ladd McConkey, who did not live up to his draft price last year. Now, in the late third round, we have an opportunity to draft the top receiver on an incredible offense, and I am buying.

                      18. Emeka Egbuka, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

At the beginning of the 2025 season, Egbuka looked like the next great Ohio State receiver. Then, he injured his hamstring, Mike Evans returned to action, and the production faltered. Yet, I am highly excited about his potential this year, with the departure of Mike Evans. Egbuka excels in the red zone, and should garner many targets this year from Baker Mayfield.

                        19. Tee Higgins, Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals have another situation where there is enough to go around, especially for a player as talented as Tee Higgins. Every week, Higgins has 30-point upside, rare from a WR2 on his own team. At times, Higgins falls to the fourth round, and he is probably worth a richer price than that.

                          20. Tetairoa McMillan, Carolina Panthers

Volume is king in fantasy football, and the volume is there for McMillan, although the offense isn’t as explosive as we’d like. Still, McMillan is a big, athletic receiver who thrives with 50-50 balls and explosive touchdown grabs. Rostering Tet boosts weekly upside to a high degree.

                          21. Luther Burden III, Chicago Bears

It seems nowadays that Luther Burder III is Ben Johnson’s new Amon-Ra St. Brown. Coach Johnson loves receivers that get open, and that Burden does. With the departure of DJ Moore, many targets open up for Burden, and he has some of the most upside of any mid-round pick in 2026 fantasy football.

                          22. Jaylen Waddle, Denver Broncos

The Broncos gave up a first, a third, and a fourth-round pick to acquire their new swiss army knife, Jaylen Waddle. One of the most intriguing players in 2026 fantasy football, Waddle has incredible upside in one of the best offenses in the NFL.

                          23. DJ Moore, Buffalo Bills

We love good players in good offenses, and this is exactly the case for DJ Moore in Buffalo. His skillset seems a perfect match for Josh Allen’s scrambling playstyle. I expect a lot of production from Moore this year as Allen’s top receiver.

                          24. Carnell Tate, Tennessee Titans

Rookie receivers almost always come at a discount, and come with high upside. Tate was a top-5 pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, and brings big play ability with touchdown upside. I am taking a chance on Tate this year in the 5th Round.

                          25. Mike Evans, San Francisco 49ers

One of the most consistent receivers in football, Mike Evans always delivers. Now he joins one of the best offenses in the NFL, and will be Brock Purdy’s primary red-zone target. 2026 Davante Adams?

Honorable Mentions: Terry McLaurin, Christian Watson, Jameson Williams, Rome Odunze

Thank you for reading, and have an excellent day.
